30-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, email us at contact@solsticelabs.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
Conditions
- The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Defective Products
If your product arrives faulty or develops a defect within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
